People came late due to Traffic but that should be taken care in advance if possible send team more early we dont have to wait like i waited for a hour nearby for the team , apart from this i dont have any complain as you guys from sales person to all manpower are very professional in your field an also packing was superb as expected

This is one of the worst experiences that we have had with moving.

Time -The moving should have been conducted over two days but to save costs and labour. The contractor decide to do it in one day leading to confusion breakages and over a 14 hour move.

Staff-The staff tried to work the hardest that they could, but they were not properly skilled. we had obviously been hired at very low to do very basic work. It seems like the Contractor was making a ton of money at our expense and theirs.

Damages Meanwhile one of our beds could not be reassembled was extremely expensive.. The contractor was not polite or accommodating.

Role of urban -Urban to take any responsibility and merely gave us a link to provide feedback.

Overall-Please do not employ this Contractor. His work is not only bad. He is not trustworthy and they try to hurry you and dump all the stuff and walk away.. it was a nightmare to clean up even after paying for the move.

We had shifted from One block to another block only even vehicle was not needed it was 2bhk but team taken full day to complete the job which i don’t think good they should complete in 5-6 hours only because the vehicle loading unloading not there rest team was humble and good in there work but i felt they were doing work slowly which i think they need to improve
